After day 30 we go to location with a restaurant and Amaya's house.

We run into Velma there. She asks us to find Scooby Snacks. She'll do anything for them. Scooby snacks can be bought in the Shady's store.

Buy the snacks, go back to the location with the restaurant and click on the well, to talk to Velma.
